HMS Victory (1759) is the Royal Navy’s most iconic warship, best known as Admiral Nelson’s flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. Launched in 1765, this 104-gun first-rate ship of the line played a key role in Britain’s naval dominance during the 18th and early 19th centuries.

Now preserved at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Victory is the oldest commissioned warship in the world. She is currently undergoing a major, multi-year restoration—one of the most extensive refits in her history—to ensure her preservation for future generations. Despite the work, she remains open to visitors, standing as a powerful symbol of Britain's maritime legacy.

These photos are a collection that have been taken over the past number of years on different visits to her.
